An effective alarm is more than a siren and three sensors. It combines a system tailored to the property, reliable transmission to you (or to a monitoring centre) and a clear response plan in case of trigger. We design your system around your real risk — not around an off-the-shelf kit.
The right system depends on the building as much as on the risk: in a renovation, wireless avoids drilling; in a new build, wired makes use of the conduit already in place; in between, hybrid lets you upgrade in stages. We choose with you, then size the number and type of detectors room by room.
We install three families based on the site:
A control panel, detectors chosen for each room and a clear way of alerting you. The rest is configuration: entry delays, part-set zones for the night, codes or tags per person.
As an option, the panel can be connected to a monitoring centre licensed by the Ministry of Justice: when the alarm triggers, an operator verifies it — by video if you have cameras — and launches the agreed response. The centre and the package are stated in the quote.

An alarm needs checking: battery levels, detector and siren tests, panel updates. We provide local follow-up, and you call the same number for any change, extra detector or change of occupant.

Yes, depending on the panel chosen: a backup transmission path can be provided (stated in the quote). If the router or the line is cut, transmission switches to that channel automatically.

Wireless for renovations or rented homes: no chasing, installed in a day, batteries with a multi-year life stated by the manufacturer. Wired for new builds or major renovations: central power and maximum reliability. Hybrid when part of the building already has conduit.
The siren sounds and you receive an immediate notification with the zone concerned. With optional monitoring, an operator takes over, verifies the alarm and launches the response agreed in the contract.
Yes, with a wireless system: the detectors are fixed without chasing or conduit and removed when you leave. We state this in the quote so you can take the system with you.
