Privacy policy

All.Electro (Ahmed Khalifa) processes your personal data in compliance with the GDPR (EU 2016/679) and the Luxembourg law of 1 August 2018.

We only collect the following data when you contact us:

• Identity: full name, client type (private / business).
• Contact: email address, phone number, municipality (optional).
• Request content: requested service, whether it is urgent, project or fault description.
• Technical data: IP address, browser (via OVHcloud logs for security).

Your data is used to answer your request (pre-contractual, Art. 6.1.b GDPR), to manage the commercial relationship (legitimate interest, Art. 6.1.f), and for legal accounting obligations (Art. 6.1.c).

Unfollowed requests: 12 months after last interaction. Accepted quotes and invoices: 10 years (Luxembourg accounting retention). Server logs: 12 months.

You have the rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Email info@allelectro.lu with a copy of an ID.

You may lodge a complaint with the CNPD (15, Boulevard du Jazz, L-4370 Belvaux — www.cnpd.lu).

The contact form is routed through the provider Web3Forms (servers located in the United States), which forwards your message to info@allelectro.lu in accordance with its own retention policy. No other data is transferred outside the European Union.

This transfer relies on the safeguards provided for by the GDPR (European Commission standard contractual clauses, or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, depending on the provider's certification); a copy or description of these safeguards is available on request at info@allelectro.lu.
