We always start with usage: where do you live, work, relax? Then we calculate the necessary luminous flux (lumens), pick the right colour temperature (warm 2700 K to dynamic 4000 K), and a CRI matched to use (≥90 for kitchens and bathrooms, where colour rendering must be accurate).

We exclusively install quality LED (Tridonic or Mean Well drivers, CRI ≥80, L80 ≥ 50,000 h life). Control depends on project complexity: simple 0–10 V or DALI dimmers for architectural projects, programmable scenes via KNX or proprietary systems (Lutron, Niko Home Control, Loxone) for advanced smart-home.
For workspaces (offices, workshops) we follow EN 12464-1: 500 lx on the working plane, UGR <19 to limit glare, CRI ≥80.
Paths, façades, gardens, terraces: minimum IP65 fixtures, 230 V or 24 V SELV in wet or buried zones. Bollards, façade projectors, step markers and IP67 strips set up to switch automatically (twilight sensor, motion detector, time programme).

2700 K (warm white) for living areas and bedrooms. 3000 K for kitchen and bathroom. 4000 K (neutral white) for offices and workshops. Avoid 5000–6500 K indoors — reserved for technical rooms.
A 50 W halogen bulb produces ~700 lumens. A 7 W LED spot produces the same 700 lumens — 86 % saving. Over 10 years at 4 h/day, payback under 18 months.
In most cases yes. We replace driver and LED sources keeping the housing — particularly attractive on high-end architectural luminaires whose aesthetics still hold.
